Free books – five lucky winners!

As most of my blog followers already know, Book #12, Frayed Edges: A Quilting Cozy, is being released today, June 25th. You can purchase it on Amazon in both print and eBook format, from the publisher C&T Publishing, and in book stores and quilt shops nationwide.

Many of you have already read the Quilting Cozy series and are looking forward to this new book, but if you haven’t had a chance to read the series, this is your opportunity to begin reading about Sarah and her lively cohorts from the beginning.

Using a random number generator, we will be drawing the names of five lucky followers on July 3, 2021. These five winners will receive the first two books in the Quilting Cozy series: Tie Died and Running Stitches signed by the author.

My characters are in their seventies and eighties and live in an active retirement community in the mid-west. They form friendships, quilt together, and (much to the chagrin of the local police department) solve crimes and track down killers!

To be entered in this drawing, you must: (1) be a registered follower of this website, and (2) leave a comment below saying that you would like to be included in the drawing. If you are not a current follower, simply sign up to follow my website/blog. Remember, there will be five winners…you stand a good chance!

Many of you have already read these books, but books signed by the author always make excellent gifts for your friends and family. Older readers seem to especially enjoy books with older characters who they can identify with. Quilters enjoy the quilting, but non-quilters tell me they like reading about the craft. (A few people have actually taken up quilting after reading this series!)

I look forward to the possibility of having five new readers!

If you have any questions about the drawing, about the books, or just want to say hello, please email me at QuiltingCozy@gmail.com.

I hope everyone is enjoying the early days of summer and a few less restrictions.

My very best wishes to everyone,

Carol

  1. Hi Carol! Not only would I like to be considered to win the first two books in your wonderful series, I would like to give them to my library. Wouldn’t they make a nice addition to an auction for them? I am going to reach out to my public library to find out how they purchase their digital books. While I never put a restriction on my donations, wouldn’t it be nice if they purchased your series for other quilter readers to enjoy? Gosh, I hope the fundraiser was a success for the volunteer fire station! What a fabulous charity. ~smile~ Roseanne

So wonderful of you to sell your cute quilts as a fundraiser. Was that recently? How did it feel to be out and about in the way we used to consider “normal”?
